Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Required Skills and Experience:
• 2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications
• Highly creative and analytical thinker; ability to create vision and to articulate strategy
• Able to use and synthetize data to tell a story and build performance recaps, as needed
• Strong design and conceptual skills
• Receptive to creative feedback and adaptability in the creative/design development process
• Campaign planning and project management skills; including creating, leading, and directing teams to manage deliverables and projects. Use of JIRA and other project management tools a plus
• Experience developing thoughtful, customized presentations and proposals; solid presentation skills and storytelling; design skills a plus.
Sr. Specialist – Enterprise Marketing Overview:
You will be instrumental in planning, developing, and evaluating integrated multichannel marketing campaigns and strategies that support specific campaigns or business objectives. As the "campaign architect," they will be responsible for orchestrating all the elements needed to bring a campaign to life across various touchpoints. They will work closely with Campaign Advisors and the management team to ensure that all strategies and tactics align with the broader goals of the enterprise and Client’s strategic plan. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Management and Leadership Team to create bespoke, visually stunning, and engaging proposals and platforms.
Job Duties:
• Leads the planning, development and implementation of integrated multichannel marketing campaigns and helps develop integrated marketing plans
• Supports long-range marketing planning for a select campaign, audience, event, or campaign strategy
• Responsible for development of marketing plan which includes but not limited to playbook, go-to-market plan, media briefs and other key documents that help align channel stakeholders with marketing objectives and audience needs
• Collaborates with peers and management to create bespoke, visually stunning, and engaging business presentations and content for internal and external audiences
• Transform insights and data into easily digestible designs
